At Onyx Abaya, we also provide tailored abaya upon your request in accordance with your provided measurements. Therefore, we do not allow return of customized abaya.

However, we understand that sometimes it’s necessary to request a return and exchange of items you have purchased. In keeping with our commitment to client satisfaction, we at Onyx abaya have done our best to make these transactions as easy as possible. please send us an email at theonyxabaya@gmail.com to explain the problem or reason for return.

We allow returns, refunds, or exchanges of your product within 14 days of your order received provided that the following conditions are met:

– The item should be unworn and unused.

– The item should be in the same condition as it was upon receipt and the original tags / labels should not be removed.

– The item should be in the same packaging in which you received it.

Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use, wear or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s) shall not be refunded.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a specified number of days. The refund will exclude the shipping cost.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
